This new film is capable of increased adhesive capability, resulting in excellent print quality even when printing vivid or deep colours that require high ink duty. The coating of the ClearProof® film has been uniquely formulated to give optimal print results with white inks on the SP WT7900, in combination with the Ultrachrome HDR inks C, LC, M, LM, Y, Or, Gr & K. For use in applications such as packaging proofing, this is a breakthrough technology enabling the proofing industry to provide contract proofs for packaging businesses at a lower cost when compared to previous methods. Whether you print in surface mode or printing white the last colour for reverse viewing, this 120 micron thickness polyester film provides a high degree of accuracy. The product is available on rolls of 24 inches (610 mm) wide x (30.5m) long. It’s supported by a 30 micron release liner to correctly feed the media through the printer.
