Ideal for high quality fine art and photographic reproduction, boasting a wide colour gamut with both dye and pigment inks. This 285gsm gloss, ultra-smooth 100% alpha cellulose fine art paper benefits from a superior specialised microporous inkjet coating used for inkjet photo papers, the paper of choice for most photographers. Modelled on the traditional glossy fibre-based baryta material used in conventional photography. Microporous paper can accommodate both dye and pigment inks. It dries quickly to offer a water-resistant finish (pigment ink offers better water-resistance than dye inks). The main benefit of using microporous papers is the enhanced stability of the final product. This archival paper is both acid and lignin free and contains enhanced optical brighteners to provide a pleasing high white finish. Although this paper has a multitude of uses, it is primarily used for; fine art, limited edition prints, art work portfolios, wedding albums, photo books, greetings & gift cards.
