SureColor SC-P7500
The SureColor SC-P7500 (24-inch) is Epson's first 12-colour large-format printer and offers Epson's widest ever colour gamut with 99% Pantone coverage.
Working in perfect harmony
The SureColor SC-P7500 (24-inch) has been developed for photographers and artists, as it offers reliable reproduction for professional proofing and a rapid throughput for high-volume production. This large-format printer is further complemented by Epson’s UltraChrome Pro12 inkset, with K3 technology, which outputs both black inks simultaneously, and includes orange, green and violet, giving the user impressive colour accuracy. Everything is designed to work in harmony as Epson offers the complete solution – printer, inks, substrates, software and support.
Creative freedom, consistent results
Professional photographers and fine art production who demand the highest print quality to make their art more marketable to the discerning buyer. In addition to the 12-colour inkset, the Epson designed, advanced printheads use up to 800 nozzles for each colour, to produce accurate dot placement. They combine high-speed production with quality, thanks to the μTFP12 printhead with 300dpi resolution and 12 channels. Images also benefit from smooth gradations and accurate texture reproduction.
Because precision matters
For packaging and contract proofers for whom precision matters, Epson has raised the industry standard for proofing. With colour measurement, checking and correction technologies, users can work with more efficiency and greater confidence. An optional SpectroProofer with photospectrometer leads to faster and more accurate colour measurement and the in-line proofing colour control is fully automated. In short, results are unerringly predictable.
To keep you up and running
A number of intelligent features improve productivity with minimal maintenance. Epson’s unique Nozzle Verification Technology (NVT) and dust prevention means no misprints, even for occasional users, and the PrecisionCore technology ensures there’s no loss of quality or detail. The printer's internal ink buffer and sub-tank enables you to change ink cartridges as soon as the current print job finishes, and black ink switching is now redundant thanks to the 12-channel printhead. User self-maintenance is also easy, with manual head and cap cleaning and borderless pad replacement.
Easy to use
The highly-intuitive, user-friendly interface removes the guesswork, so you can focus on what you do best. The 4.3-inch LCD touchscreen panel has a range of configuration options, including a large print status view, that makes easy to see from a distance, and an illuminated paper path to watch the printing in progress. Printouts fall onto a protection cloth, with the printed side of the media face-up, so you don’t need to worry about scratching. Also, the Epson Media Installer tool enables quick and easy media registration.

The Tax Benefits of Leasing explained
Leasing converts a large capital expenditure into small monthly payments.Hence the company has the profit-making equipment immediately and keeps their cash reserve available.
Rather than investing the precious cash reserves in depreciating assets, the company can use them to help increase profits.
Lease Rental is 100% Tax deductible
The main reason that the majority of companies lease rather than purchase equipment is that they use leasing as a method of reducing their tax bills. This is because lease rental is 100% tax deductible, and all payments made for the equipment are written off against the company’s tax bill. For any profit making business, this means a substantial saving in the real cost of acquiring equipment by lease rental. This could mean a saving of between 20-40% of the lease payments, depending on the rate of tax you pay.
Payments on qualifying leases are written off as direct operating expenses, rather than a debt or outstanding liability, thus reducing short term taxable income.
Any capital allowances are passed on to you, and lease payments can be offset against taxable profits. VAT can also be reclaimed on monthly payments. This status as a “lease” as opposed to a “liability” on a company’s balance sheet is something the banks like to see, which is why an operating lease can be attractive. For this reason, leasing is often referred to as ‘off balance sheet’ financing – a tremendous advantage to both large and small businesses.
Ownership at the end of the lease
Lease rental is just that, a rental or hire agreement. Title of the goods remains with the Lessor (either Kennet or assigned to a bank), which means the equipment does not show on the companies balance sheet, therefore not needing to be depreciated over a fixed period. If Kennet broker the funding, they are the “third party” involved within the lease agreements. In effect, Kennet buys the equipment from the supplier and then sell it on to the customer. This means that the customer can take full advantage of all the benefits of leasing but still owns it at the end.(Tax loop-hole)
The disadvantage of buying equipment outright
The disadvantage to buying equipment out-right, is that the capital invested becomes a depreciating asset. This is an asset that’s value decreases over time.
The total amount that assets have depreciated by during a reporting period is shown on the cashflow statement, and also makes up part of the expenses shown on the income statement. The amount that assets have depreciated to by the end date is shown on the balance sheet.

Amazing results
Had our Epson Surecolor P series printer for over a year now, and it has been nothing short of fantastic. Yes the ink is expensive, but do last a long time with regular use but the results are top top quality, paired with Colourbytes Photo Papers and Canvas, you can't go wrong. Highly recommend this amazing machine, it's quiet, fast and super reliable. Printhead nozzle check 1 year later, not one missing line. Warning though, it's very very heavy. Customer service at order from Colourbyte was as always first class.
